Supply Chain Transparency
Essential to avoid liabilities

Many Clients, Frameworks, MSP's and agencies are moving to requiring providers to hold a recognised compliance accreditation before they will consider allowing workers to operate through them.

Whilst this is becoming a common contractual requirement it has become difficult to ensure this contractual obligation is being adhered to, without expensive review processes.

Professional Passport, in discussion with its members has developed a tool that makes this process simple.

We will be launching the NINo Checker in September 2019 that allows immediate confirmation that a worker is in fact currently engaged through a Professional Passport provider.

The tool will be available to agency and end client members of Professional Passport.

The NINo Checker is a key part of ensuring supply chain compliance and will be available to our members for free.

NINo Checker

We are in the final stages of testing for our new tool to provide recruiters and end clients complete transparency throughout their supply chain.

With many companies now moving to a contractual requirement that contractors can only operate through compliance accredited providers it has raised the issue of how these obligations are checked and managed on an ongoing basis.

This new tool from Professional Passport will allow recruiters and clients to verify that any of their workers are operating through Professional Passport accredited providers and the contractual obligations are being adhered to.

This transparency brings benefits under both The Off-Payroll Working rules as well as The Criminal Finance Act.
