Crawford Temple told Building magazine that whilst today’s move by the Chancellor to repeal the Off-payroll reforms is welcome, the implementation of the new rules has cost companies millions of pounds so it is disappointing that the warnings from experts were not heeded before pressing ahead in the first place:
