Professional Passport cannot be held responsible for the services provided by third parties even where these are accessed through a link on the Professional Passport website.

It is the users responsibility to satisfy themselves on the terms and conditions relating to any services provided by third parties.

Professional Passport provides no warranties or guarantees on third party services.

Data Protection
Professional Passport is registered with the ICO for Data Protection.

Where the use of our services requires entering data on individuals or companies it is the responsibility of the user, whether an individual or an organisation, to ensure the appropriate authorities have been received. Entering details and using the service constitutes confirmation from you that these authorities have been received.

Online Payments
If you choose to purchase a product or service, directly from Professional Passport, via an on-line credit card payment we outsource the actual payment function to Barclaycard and your credit card details are taken via their secure server.

Refund Policy
If you cancel a service or product within the first 14 days a full refund will be made. Statutory rights are not affected. Purchases made with third party providers are governed by their T&Cs.

Right to Access
We reserve the right to remove any content, user details, log-in capability and/or access to service; without notice and without providing any reason.

You may create a link to this website, subject to our written consent. The link must comply with all Terms and Conditions and be in line with our Copyright Policy.

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
